Automatic line for bread

Automatic line for bread (avkh) is designed for dividing, stacking, proofing and baking pan bread. Is an automated line that performs the test and division on the measuring of the workpiece, dimensional stacking of blanks in forms, transportation, proofing, steaming, baking, spraying water, unloading and transportation of the finished bread to the Department of finished products. The proposed line has no analogues in Russia and CIS countries. In the base line automatic includes: the divider stacker Ш33-ХД3. the cradle conveyor chain with drive; the final proofing Cabinet with climate installation, conveyor drive and the fixture knockout of bread; block steam with the sprayer; oven electric sectional; the transverse conveyor; conveyor finished products; control Cabinet with electrical equipment.
